IET-DAVV and IIT Indore researchers work on recovering engine waste heat

Researchers from IET-DAVV and IIT Indore are collaborating on a green-energy project focused on capturing thermal energy normally lost through engine exhaust systems and converting it into reusable energy. The work uses advanced thermal-energy storage concepts with the goal of improving fuel efficiency, reducing wasted energy and supporting lower-emission engineering systems.
