IET-DAVV launches Career Disha and Career Siddhi for placement preparation

IET-DAVV has introduced two placement-preparation initiatives, Career Disha and Career Siddhi, aimed at strengthening industry readiness and moving toward the institute’s goal of 100% placement. Career Disha is designed to connect participating students with alumni or industry experts for recurring mentorship, while Career Siddhi provides intensive weekend training in technical preparation, group discussions, interviews and résumé building.
